How does it work?

Lodges will need to sign up for a regular minimum donation of £150 per year for a minimum of 5 years.  Chapters will need to sign up for a regular minimum donation of £100 per year for 5 years.

Both Lodges and Chapters are welcome to donate more if they wish and the full amounts of £750.00 for Lodges or £500.00 for Chapters can be made in one payment if that is preferred.

As a reward and a big thank you from us for signing up for the TLC Lodge and Chapter Patron initiative, you will be awarded …

• A limited edition gold TLC Patron pin badge which can be worn by the current Charity Steward or Worshipful Master (upon his jacket not on any collar of office).
• A special TLC Patron logo to be included on your summons.
• One large TLC Teddy Bear per year which you can auction off or use as a raffle prize.

At Teddies for Loving Care we are truly thankful to all the groups who have supported us in our work.  Without their support and kind donations we could not function.  However, some go beyond this and become Patrons of the charity which shows an extra level of support over 5 years.  This enables us to help more young people during difficult and frightening times.  So, thank you again, to each and every one for your continued support.

How to become a Patron?

If a committee decide this is something they wish to do it should be Proposed and Seconded at a meeting.

If successful, your Lodge or Chapter Treasurer will need to set up a Standing Order to the:

For Lodges use: L1234TLCPAT as the reference. (Replace after numbers with your own lodge number) For Chapters use: C4321TLCPAT as the reference. (again replacing the numbers with your relevant number).
